Specialist – Food Service
Job Description:
Job Summary
- Plan, coordinate and execute Food Service sales activities such as events, meetings, sales promotions and training sessions for Dealers and HoReCa customers.
- Manage and maintain a schedule for Food Service activities, with a focus on ensuring the smooth and timely execution.
- Support communication efforts between Food Service Manager and internal (sales teams) as well as external (dealers/customers) partners about activities or sales related concerns.
- Assist in the implementation of others sales generation initiatives by Food Service.
- Collect and analyze relevant data including but not limited to survey, market trends, and competitors activities to help plan out sales strategies.
Minimum requirements
- Bachelors Degree Holder (any 4-year course).
- Proven experience in sales within the food service industry.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Culinary background or knowledge is a strong advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Experience in people/customer engagement is preferred
